To ensure your ride is safe, properly equipped, and staffed by the right team for your specific needs, ALL rides require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Scheduling ahead allows us to confirm your vehicle type, assign a trained driver, and guarantee an on-time arrival, because your care is too important to leave to chance. An ambulance provides emergency medical care and transport for life-threatening situations, it is staffed by paramedics or EMTs and responds to 911 calls. United Care Link Transportation is a non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) service; we transport patients to and from scheduled medical appointments when they are medically stable but physically unable to drive, use public transit, or manage rideshare services on their own.
