Do you accept same-day bookings?
We do our best to accommodate same-day ride requests based on vehicle availability. For guaranteed service, we recommend scheduling your trip at least 24 hours in advance.
How do I book a ride with United Care Link Transportation?
Booking is simple! For the fastest response fill out the booking-form on our website with all your essential trip details. You can also call us directly on 8662548885 to take down all your trip details, or schedule recurring trips for appointments. Once confirmed, our team will send you a reminder before your scheduled pickup.
Can I book transportation for a family member or patient?
Absolutely. We frequently work with caregivers, families, and medical facilities to coordinate rides for their loved ones or patients. Just share the trip details, and we’ll handle the rest.
Can I book transportation for long-distance trips?
Yes, we provide Out-of-State long distance transportation services ensuring that our passengers are comfortable and safe throughout the journey. It comes with an option for our Buddy-Companion Service, where we provide an attendant (Certified Nursing Assistant CNA) to accompany the passenger when necessary.
Do you offer services for people with special medical conditions?
Yes we specialize in non-emergency medical transportation for individuals with special medical conditions. Whether it’s hospital admissions, post-surgery transport or other health related trips, we provide safe and reliable service tailored to your needs.
